Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our custom pickleball paddles. However, due to their personalized nature, we have a specific return policy.

1. Custom Product Policy

All sales of customized products are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong product/design was shipped

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

We will either:

  • Reprint and reship the correct item at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund (at our discretion)

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production hasn’t begun.
