1. Production & Processing Time

• Standard production time: 3-5 business days

2. Shipping Options

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from available carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) and shipping speeds.

3. Delivery Estimates

• Standard U.S. shipping: 3–5 business days

• International shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Note: Shipping times do not include production time.

4. Tracking

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

5. Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
